La única manera de ingresar es a través de una aplicación, si se corta Internet o te quedás sin batería NO ENTRÁS. (NOS PASÓ, se cortó Internet y quedamos una hora afuera)

LA UBICACION

La verdad, el departamento fue una gran decepción. Me siento estafado. Lo único rescatable es la ubicación, ya que está en el centro. Todo lo demás, negativo: 1) Escalones en medio del departamento: una noche me levanté al baño y casi me caigo. 2) Un baño dentro de la cocina, algo totalmente fuera de lugar. 3) El internet se corta constantemente; en la habitación del fondo directamente no llega, y los últimos dos días no hubo conexión en absoluto. 4) Hay una obra en construcción al lado y reparaciones en el mismo edificio: desde las 8 de la mañana es imposible dormir, sumado al polvo que entra al departamento. 5) Los baños se inundan al bañarse y los inodoros estaban tapados. 6) Las tapas de los inodoros están rotas. 7) Tenía un velador en la mesa de luz, pero sin enchufe: solo decorativo. 8) La atención es pésima. Tardan muchísimo en responder y, cuando consulté por el internet antes de irme, jamás contestaron. 9) Las fotos en Booking están claramente editadas con Photoshop y no reflejan la realidad. 10) Alfombra sucia. 11) Sillas a punto de romperse. Califico con 1 estrella de 10, y creo que hasta estoy siendo generoso: es regalarle un 80% de la calificación.

Very good location next to the Grand Via metro station and on a very nice and lively street full of commerce and restaurants. Two rooms (although you have to pass by one room to get to the other). Well-equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. 3 working air-conditioned devices.

Apartment in a building in construction work with noise starting at 8am. Lots of dust and bugs. No window to a decent location (all windows to a small inside yard with air-conditioned devices, dust and construction materials, and construction work going on).

It was a very exceptional experience. I want to rate the location 1000/10. Everything was smooth, clear and perfect. Despite it is a self checking, staff can be joined easily over the phone for assistance but the self checking instructions are easy and clear enough, I really appreciate it. The rooms were very nice, tidy and clean and beds were very comfortable. The space area is large more than expected. The location was perfect for exploring the city. Most landmarks are very close and no need for transportation, in addition, metro station, bus station, taxis are at the door step. We especially enjoyed the beautiful surrounding atmosphere. Me and my family were very pleased with our stay and we'll return soon. Much much appreciated. Thank you

Muito próxima a Gran Via. Porém escura para chegar. A administração enviou confirmação de local errado. Por sorte conseguimos chamar por telefone, também encontramos a menina da limpeza que nos recebeu. E com a ajuda dela, pude mostrar que o link da chave veio por engano de outro endereço. Ela nos ajudou.
