Private Parking, Urban Comfort & City Haven

Large, comfortable living room. Having two separate bedrooms and toilets was very convenient. Kitchen good space and well organised. Nice views of the city.

As we are quite old and unfit, the stairs to the flat were arduous and narrow, and then we were met with more stairs within the flat. Living room lighting choice either too bright or too dim. Front bedroom bedside lights woefully inadequate. Both bedroom wooden ceiling beams a bit low to negotiate. Would have been nice to have had a packet of biscuits, crisps or two in the kitchen along with the tea and coffee facilities. Downstairs bathroom basin a bit wobbly. TV instructions could be clearer.

For my friend and I too many stairs, ok for younger people but a long way to carry our suitcases up all those stairs and didn't help that my left arm was broken

Apartment and location

Property was surprisingly big, with a second floor. Had everything you need for a self catering stay. We stayed one night to go to my sons passing out parade at HMS Raleigh and it was perfect location to drive to go get ferry to Torpoint. When we got there, no parking on front but I called the owner and she kindly told me about parking around the back which was very secure. Would stay again.

Stain on carpet and wonky wallpaper but everything else perfect for a short stay.
