Stains on bed sheets, had to search for clean bedding and change the bedding myself Awoken at 3am to scratching from what we believe to be mice in the roof space Stains throughout property on carpets Very tatty/ dirty bathroom facilities Couldn’t find thermostat anywhere for heating the entire apartment was freezing. When we arrive the kitchen window was wide open. Luckily we arrived between 9-10pm and we’re leaving at 8am. I’m very glad to say it was a very quick flying visit and I won’t be book again. Even for the price paid very disappointed.

Nice location, free parking, 10mins walk to the city centre. The flat tired- mattresses need replacing very soft you roll into the middle, which woke me up in the night. stains on carpets. Perfectly fine for a couple of nights stay.

A really nice, clean & comfortable 2 bed apartment very handy for the station. Plus the owner was super helpful when we accidentally locked the keys in the property.

The apartment is a little tired with marked carpets, etc. Could not control heating which was on a timer so it was very cold in the morning if you have an early start

Had a great 2 night stay here, the host was incredibly responsive to questions I had. We traveled down from South Wales for the football in our camper and the front shared parking space was plenty big enough for it. Apartment 20 minute walk maximum to the city centre and the nearest Wetherspoons. Apartment clean, tidy and warm, much bigger than I expected over 2 floors. Fully loaded kitchen with Tea and coffee provided, 10/10 would definitely stay again…

It's good value and in a great, convenient location. Everything was clean and it was warm. It has a nice kitchen and a very fancy lounge.

While the place would probably have been perfect for most people, being on the fourth floor, and being a two-storey apartment, made things a bit difficult for my wife, who has had two hip replacements. The bed was a bit soft for us, but was warm.

Good location and good view from the front windows of the property back not so much as it’s just uni and train station, a good thing about that though is you can’t hear the trains

Bathroom and upstairs toilet very small so hard to get ready or use the toilet, when u have shower u wet the entire room, living room decor was nice even though the feature wall paper was coming off! Worst bit was the tv is balanced on a fire place rather than up on the wall just held on by command strips so made for an interesting stay with a 4 year old running around excited. Can’t fault the internet it was fine. Now moving on to the bedrooms, wooden beams made accessing far side of the bed difficult with a bad back, not to mention the furniture just dotted about in random places, myself and husband had the worst nights sleep ever and have come home covered in bites which I could only describe as flea bites or bed bugs!! Kids stayed in the back bedroom and they are fine and slept well! Kitchen is nice but had no oven trays to cook our food on so had to make do!
