The location was perfect, the building beautiful

There were no TV. no internal long mirror in the bedroom. breakfast was various but it was not refilled for every costumer. It was served in the hall and it was sometimes disturbing

Delightful host, great communication, very helpful and flexible, excellent breakfast!

Place is nice, location also great in center of old town. Breakfast better than expected. Very clean place, all was new.

Location is also worst part of this facility. Restorants are open at 7-8 pm and basicly are below your window. Windows are old and this is charming, but they are not able to keep nocice outside. It is impossible to have a night rest untill 2 am. In the morning they are cleaning street and it is noisy with truck that takes garbadge. Breakfast the same every day, so maybe to have variations for people thata are staying more than one night. Vanity kit would be also a plus.

The location was great in the centre of the old town, the rooms were pleasant and modern (albeit on two levels because of being a convertion in the old part of the town), and breakfast was good.

Communication about entry could be improved as it was all done remotely and we had no idea what to expect (including running up a flight of stairs after getting admission through the main door). As the streets in the old town are a rabbit warren and geolocation flaky, recommendation of the best route from the station would have helped. A couple of comfortable easy chairs would have improved the comfort.

We loved everything about Palazzo della Contessa!!! If we could give it 11 out of 10, we would. The communication was exceptional! The apartment is modern but still maintains the character of Lecce, it's, extremely clean, the continental breakfast was perfect for us, but the location is sensational. Right in the heart of historic Lecce. Step out and we have pizzerias, bars and landmarks right there! Lecce is spectacular. We left our first floor window open and watched and listened to the world go by. Thank you Fatima for a sensational stay.

The location is excellent. The property is spacious and very clean.

Because of the excellent central location next to restaurants, it can be a bit noisy at night.

We loved staying in the heart of the old town - with the beautiful balcony and the views. The apartment was spacious, modern and beautifully designed. The continental breakfast was such a lovely inclusion. The loft-style bedroom was luxurious and light.
