Everything was nice and the location was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very central, large spacious, great shower bathroom, good quality sheets, towels, shower gels, shampoo, conditioner, good communication and quiet.

Breakfast could be a little better more quantity and balcony cleaned!

The location is perfect You need to understand that you cannot park in the nearby area because of the restrictions in the city center but at times park close enough to unload luggage Also you must climb stairs! The units are at least one flight up

Location was perfect! The apartment itself was beautiful, we loved the balcony and the breakfast in the morning worked really well.

The only minor issue we had was that the room was very warm at night due to the bed being located upstairs. The air conditioning unit was too far away to feel the cool air at night and you could not leave windows open due to the noise from restaurant downstairs. Prehaps a air con unit upstairs would help resolve this issue.

Sweet loft apartment in historic palace 4 minutes walk from the Gate of St Blaise. Everything was lovely and clean. Breakfast (continental) with a Nespresso machine is laid out each morning in a common area shared by 4 apartments. The location was ideal. Lori, a delightful young woman keeps the place spotless, and was a pleasant person to see each morning. We had no problem finding nearby street parking. Parking in blue marked spots costs about 10 Euro per day if you stay for both time slots and is free Sunday. Feeding the machine for 9am til 2pm and from 4pm til 9pm was not difficult because we were so close. We stayed mid May. parking might be more difficult in peak season.

Sharing the continental breakfasts (served in the common area, eaten in your room) could feel a little competitive depending on the other guests. We had no problem with stairs to the bedroom, but some might.

We stayed in a wonderful room with a balcony in Lecce and it was one of the most pleasant stays I had during my trip in Italy. Not only was the room comfortable and well-equipped, but it was also located in a beautiful, quiet part of town, which allowed me to truly experience the local atmosphere. The balcony was the perfect place to relax after a day full of sightseeing, enjoying the view of the picturesque streets. The hosts were extremely hospitable and helpful, which further enhanced the quality of my stay. I would definitely recommend this room to anyone looking for a unique place to stay in Lecce. The owner of the apartment was very friendly and helpful.

A bit noisy at night but it’s located in the old town with bars and restaurants nearby.
