Only gripe which was personal was the pull out bed in one of the rooms is definitely for children rather than an adult as the mattress was very thin. But again personal preference.

Our stay in the apartment was very nice and the instructions we were given were clear and concise. The free parking space was ideal especially for a city where it's expensive to park. The property was very clean and stocked with a decent amount of appliances which are ideal for a long term stay. The bed that my wife and I slept in was comfortable but our friends found the sofa bed in the other room quite hard which disturbed their sleep. The apartment location was great as it was only a short walk to the centre of Lincoln and would definitely stay here again if it's available the next time we decide to visit Lincoln 🙂

Rather old model TV which did not support streaming meaning we couldn’t catch up on our favorite tv programs. Could have done with a top sheet on bed, only a duvet.

Easyish to find, good instructions sent in advance, everything working and no hassles for a simple overnight stay. Very good VFM. Even found the selection of books interesting - being a fellow engineer (I'm assuming!!!) ;-)

Nothing really - don't take lots of luggage as only accessible by stairs- exactly what I'd expected though so all good

It is located perfectly for my sons graduation day RAF 22 minutes away which was excellent after a long 5 and half hours drive down to watch him
