Lincoln View Sleeps 4 Balcony Self check-in

I loved the fact that it was yards away from the centre of the city. The host was excellent and arranged early access to the property for us.

There were no lifts, so had to walk up 3 flights of steps. If you are able-bodied, then this is no problem, but if you are not, then this could be.

good central but quiet location in lincoln.

More information about the facilities in advance (although there is even a nice Youtube video). No coffee making facility

Absolutely nothing

Arrived at property allocated parking space was not available As we entered building the smell was horrendous It became apparent there was a party in the neighbours flat over 30 people with super loud music and the most horrendous food smells We struggled to get to flat door as there was tons of chairs with people on them on the landing We got into the flat to find bedding was damp and unclean the duvet had urine stains on The cupboards were full of owners own things which is weird The balcony doors didn't open as they looked swollen We literally could not even here ourselves talk as the music and noise from neighbours flat was so loud 😢 We decided to leave and book into the Travelodge On leaving the chairs were up to the flat door and the people on them were very rude felt blocked in The host only refunded £77 of the £92 I paid Would not recommend

Easy walk to the city, parking.

Hauling luggage up three flights of stairs which is not mentioned in the description, overpowering smell of damp from bathroom with no fan or windows, no towels or hand soap in bathroom (we finally found some in a drawer under the bed in the second bedroom) balcony view of industrial buildings and graffiti walls.
