The location is excellent, not too far away from the city centre. Lots to do in terms of sightseeing catheral castle waterfront shopping.

The apartment itself was highly disapointing. It needs a freshen up, hair on carpet, on towels, strange smell in bathroom and kitchen. Other peoples personal items in cupboards eg perscription cobwebs on balcony. No very basic toiletiries such as soap in bathroom. This property could be a little gem however its needs some tlc. The area surronding it is excellent however the apartment itself is a let down.

Lovely property in a great location. A brief visit for us but it had everything we needed. We played some of games provided and had a comfortable sleep. Shower is gorgeous, hot and powerful. Lovely views of sunset on the balcony and top of the cathedral. Great friendly communication from host. Would love to stay again some time.

Positive criticism… bathroom Matt was wet and smelt a bit damp. We just found a towel from drawer and placed this on the floor instead. Small issue, everything else was perfect. Thank you

Location was perfect, plenty of room for 5 people, good selection of games/ DVDs for children. Good communication from host.

The kitchen could have been a little better cleaned.

Quiet block of apartments (at time of visit), close to city centre. Price was good.

Where to start. The apartment just felt run down. It just needs a good deep clean, and some renovation. Bedding was all very random and was a case of digging what I needed out of a cupboard and hoping there was a cover that matched for the sofa bed. One of the doubles is actually a pull out single and couldn't find a mattress cover to fit it so was used as a single. Carpet in the entrance of the living room is obviously damaged and covered with multiple floor mats in various states of adhesion. Kitchen floor is dubious and I think you can feel the beams in the floor. The built-in freezer door had broken away from the unit front. Lamp in the main bedroom didn't work and a few of the bulbs in the living room were out. Lots of random personal possessions throughout the house including framed family photos, and what I assumed was a prescription from a pharmacy. Lots of drawers filled with junk. Most of the crockery, cutlery and glassware was random giving it a feel like it had all been bought from a charity shop. Patio door lock is faulty and needs a good oiling or replacement. Struggled to get it locked until i figured the 'knack' (push on the door when turning the key). Front door lock was odd too when locking from the outside. Left me feeling a little vulnerable with my kids. All in all, it just felt a bit weird, and honestly the only place I have genuinely been disappointed by. No lift to apartment, but not an issue for us, just one to be aware of.
