he property was absolutely fantastic! It had everything we needed for a perfect weekend away. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the sofas made for a cozy evening in. It’s clear that a lot of care and attention goes into maintaining the lodge, and it truly shows. One of the highlights of our stay was waking up to a beautiful morning surrounded by snow—it was simply magical! To top it all off, we accidentally left a book behind, and Terri was so kind to post it back to us free of charge. That level of hospitality and thoughtfulness is rare and much appreciated. lodge well equipped, very clean ... home from home

road to lodge not well lit at night ... difficult to find way back at night time. signs very small/not lit well

The property was absolutely fantastic. Everything you needed was there. The beds were comfortable, the sofas were comfortable. They obviously take pride in the property and it shows. We would very much like to book again.

This property is nicely made up and a lovely location with a friendly host.

There was no movement on check in/check out time which is understandable but not ideal. This property would get much better ratings if the kitchen was more equipped, we struggled to cook/reheat food for the 6 people it sleeps with the pots and pans available, and some condiments would really set it off. Overall, really pleasant and I wouldn't advise not going

The lodge was lovely and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of space. Great communication with owner.

I didn't like the fact that the site charge for use of the swimming pool. For a family of 2 adults and 2 children it was , off the top of my head, £25 for day. If I was with my 4 grandchildren and my son....we would be looking at £50 a day for a swim.

The cabin was just lovely and comfy great place easy to find not far from motorways could travel anywhere. Just great enjoy our stay
