⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nous deux, nous rêvions de cette croisière sur le Nil depuis longtemps… et elle a dépassé tout ce que nous imaginions. Si tout a été aussi parfait, c’est grâce à Sayed. Nous lui avons fait confiance les yeux fermés, et il nous a offert une organisation vraiment premium, sans stress, sans approximation, d’une fluidité remarquable. Guide privé rien que pour nous, chauffeurs ponctuels et très sécurisants, chaque journée parfaitement rythmée. Nous n’avions qu’à profiter. Le bateau (Lady Mary) était impeccable : cabine très propre, personnel adorable et attentif, restauration excellente et rassurante. Mais surtout, il y a eu les rencontres. Des guides passionnés, humains, cultivés. Nous avons été particulièrement touchés par l’approche à Edfou, et impressionnés par la clarté et la pédagogie à Karnak et dans la Vallée des Rois. Balade en felouque au coucher du soleil, sons & lumières… des moments que nous garderons longtemps en mémoire. Une organisation haut de gamme, mais surtout profondément humaine. Nous recommandons sans la moindre hésitation.

El crucero muy bien, nosotros viajamos en el Serenity. Comida e instalaciones de 10 y las bebidas muy bien de precio, 1€ el agua y 3€ la cerveza. Luego por este enlace de Booking lo que contratas con el Sr Sayed para las excursiones y guías(además del crucero). 100% RECOMENDABLE éramos 4 personas para un guia. PERFECTO! Valorar sobretodo la disponibilidad de Sayed. Estuvo atento y disponible vía WhatsApp en todo momento. Se adaptó a nuestra llegada, poniendo en contacto a los conductores y guías del primer templo, así como el último día nos dejó el conductor en el hotel que teníamos después del crucero. Y cualquier problema lo resolvía al instante. No es una opción barata pero te despreocupas y disfrutas de tu crucero.

No hay nada reseñable realmente. En la zona oeste (valle de los reyes y Hatshepsut) el guia nos dijo de comprar el coche eléctrico y realmente está a 300m escasos. Cuesta más hacer la cola q llegar andando. Que los guías fomenten el continuo goteo de dinero,...

Food - omelette was perfect every time. Not often you get ostrich Views Top deck and staff there. Behaviour of Indian guests was hilarious. Was very entertaining to educate them how to behave properly. Chinese just ignore everyone. Ghost people are human too. They are a poor advert for their nation.

Corridor needed hoovering more regularly Location of table. We had people queuing next to us, and some even knocked me whilst eating, making it unpleasant on two occasions. AReception staff not handing over change automatically when i paid my bill. Asking guests to write their number on tips envelope. We did not do this

Everything amazing! A fantastic cruise with great staff and the perfect tours! Sayed is a great host and I would recommend this cruise to everyone who wants to explore and enjoy the ancient Egypt!

Tout était parfait, super accueil et organisation parfaite par Mr Sayed qui nous a créé un programme sur mesure avec des guides vraiment passionnants !

The staff and the crew provided very good service. The restaurant served good food, very varied buffet. The tours were mostly private and well organised.

The distilled spirits were locally produced and not very tasty. The music at the sundeck in the evening was usually too loud, this was not good for the overall atmosphere when all you want is to have a drink and enjoy the view. Also the music playlist could use an update

La nave da crociera The Fayan era eccezionale, la migliore fra tutte quelle che abbiamo visto da fuori (e anche da dentro, spesso si attraversano essendo attraccate l'una a fianco all'altra. Sayed, l'organizzatore, è stato sempre disponibile e pronto a rispondere, ha organizzato tutto nei minimi dettagli e ha scelto per noi guide preparatissime e attente ai minimi dettagli (prezzi competitivi per le escursioni). Il cibo sulla nave è ottimo con tanta varietà e possibilità di scelta, non abbiamo avuto alcun problema di stomaco. Personale gentilissimo e non troppo pressante per le mance (a differenza di molti altri posti in Egitto)
