Hostal Holbox - Hostel & Private Apartments

The hostel is very nice, with an interesting layout (basically is one big dorm but every bunk bed has its own privacy). All around is green and the decorations makes it welcoming and cozy. It is clean and the location is perfect, super close to the beach and to everything in town. The highlight were the people, nice, honest and motivated to give their best. I left there a piece of my heart :)

Just next to it there is a bar with loud music until 3 pm at weekends, for me it was not a problem, as I liked to dance and to be on my bed in a minute when I wanted but it is something to take into consideration for people who have a sensitive sleep

The beds are all in one room, they are separated from a kind of wall to give some privacy but I think is too small, apart from that the sleep was good! The kitchen and the common areas were also good.

I had to pay 200 pesos extra for "taxes"

Super kind people running the hostel. A great kitchen. Location absolutely perfect. Privacy in the beds and with a fan. Very clean. All you need jn holbox!

Everything was just right at this hostel. The staff were always friendly and helpful and the location is only a few minutes from the beach. I would stay there again at any time

This place is with an amazing energy, al the staff and guests make you feel all the Island, lots of talks, good vibe, and every night were a different type of party with the guests! I will be back! For sure!! Also you have everything in the kitchen for cooking and it will help you to save some money 👻👻👻

Everything about the hostel was amazing. Very kind and lovely stuff who helps in everything that you can need. Very nice energy, very nice vibes. This place has something special!

Stuff Place Location Cleaning Kitchen

Right from the moment I arrived at Hostal Holbox I felt very welcome. The people here are so nice and the place has a great atmosphere. The hostal has lots of areas where you can chill, cook, socialize and enjoy the company of the islands greatest dog, Chico <3. Ask for recommendations and trips in and around Holbox, Linda and the rest of the staff and residents will make sure you'll explore the unbelievable beauty of this island.

The lovely woman that is running the hostal is very much open to ideas and tips on how to improve or maintain this unique accommodation.
