Colliers Wood 1 Bed South London Short Stay

The property was clean and located on a quiet and nice area.

We booked this place for 4 people, but the sofa bed was broken and couldn’t be used. There were also not enough blankets and pillows for 4 guests.

Good property for the value. Had no issues the hoist was responding quickly to any questions and was really helpful. Free parking aswell which is always good

I like the way the way the host was attentive to every details even areas where we had difficulty. He followed up and also apologised.

The sofa in the sitting room. The bedsheet in the room was very rough and rumpled although it was clean.

Positif qui n’en est pas : Le propriétaire nous a fait livrer un drap pour le canapé ( parce que sinon il n’y en avait pas) et des chaises( sinon il fait manger sur le canapé qui sert aussi de lit) via Amazon et il a fallu que je receptionne des colis .

Le canapé est cassé donc impossible de dormir dedans et malgré plusieurs demandes personne n’est venu le réparer,j’ai pourtant envoyé des photos montrant l’etat du canapé. J’ai contacté booking et le propriétaire ne leur a jamais répondu. Quand on réserve pour 4 et que l’une des personnes ne peut dormir nulle part c est quand même dommage. La poignée d’entrée, la tringle a rideaux, le porte serviette de la salle de bain etc,sont devissés/cassés. La cuisine est peu fonctionnelle car peu d’équipement ( 1 verre,3 tasses,une casserole correcte) pourrait être un logement sympa si il était entretenu correctement. Il fait très chaud dans l’appartement. Je ne recommande absolument pas.

Decent quiet location for visiting London, economical and just big enough for a family of 4.

A little tatty but ok for price, stove top didn't work then worked then didn't work, there was a table but no chairs for eating meals.

Ottima posizione, appartamentino completo con tanto di cucina; vicino a servizi come supermercati e soprattutto vicino a Wimbledon.

Il lavandino è stato rotto dall’inquilino precedente. A onor di cronaca siamo stati prontamente avvisati dall’host.
