The host, Issabel was very friendly. She welcomed us, showed us the place & all was well. She also did not hesitate to give us access codes & was quick with her responses on WhatsApp. The WiFi was high speed and Netflix kept us company in the apartment. Extra blankets came in handy and were clean.

There are no air conditioners, which made our stay very cold. Electricity nightmare, imagine being told the electricity is being “ monitored “ and you have to be “ careful “ and close the geyser after two hours of it on whilst you paid to be at the apartment. We were then quickly told that should it run out we will have to pay for it, luckily, we had plans outside the apartment so I kindly declined the offer. But the issue was very uncomfortable and made us a bit frustrated as we had to “tiptoe” when even plugging a single kettle of water. The couches facing the TV are rock hard, so uncomfortable. House products, like dishwashing liquid and toilet products seem to have been diluted with water which may have been a budget hack but they were still barely there. We has to the little we were given and it was hard to clean after we wanted to leave as the products were just not enough. The kettle was said to be broken by previous guests and it did not open. There were no chairs in the balcony too.

It’s winter, there’s no heater! The WiFi is slow, everything comes at an extra fee, No guests allowed! you must top up electricity if it runs out! (I’ve been booking places, never experienced this anywhere else). The entry and exit at the gate takes the whole day! Yoh! I’ll make it my personal job to alert everyone around me, my followers on every platform and strangers about that hell hole. Never again

The issue of electricity it didn't sit me well xhem it was for the first time buying electricity at the apartment I booked anyways about the issue of electricity there's alot to tell

Good day We regret to inform that we didn’t have a pleasant stay at all 1. From the check in to the apartment. We were not happy about the pressure we were put in. 2. ⁠The apartment is full of white powder on floors our clothes fell on the powder 3. ⁠Worse the shower blockage😔😭 bathing was a nightmare in a pool of wate 4. ⁠ We can to lodge not to clean please 5. ⁠Why didn’t booking inform me that when checking out i will have to do cleaning We are really not pleased
