The accommodations require significant improvements in several areas. The bedding, including the sheets, appeared worn and lacked cleanliness, contributing to an uncomfortable sleeping environment. There were used towels found in the tumble dryer, which seemed to have been left by the previous occupant. Additionally, the couch was notably uncomfortable and appeared to be quite old. The shower facilities were not adequately maintained, and the toilet paper provided was of poor quality and unsuitable for use, particularly for female guests. The owner needs a lot of training in this kind of business, and she was very arrogant.

The host’s responsiveness.

I had made two separate bookings. Upon reviewing my stay, instead of taking accountability, the host lied about me making demands. I never demanded any freebies from the property as per the attached screenshot.

It was clean and comfortable

The securities had an attitude They didn’t want to give us directions some don’t even mind us when we speak to them

Apartment was too cold..No aircon, No Heater...Had to go to bed earlier than planned. Owners must improve on that.
