Excellent location and had lovely kerb appeal

Very musty smell in the rooms with little bits wrong here and there such as door handles missing. We also weren’t given the room we booked!! Breakfast was carnage with little choice and left uncovered for flies and bugs to get to

Location is great. Lots of shops around the hotel and right in front of AoNang beach. Breakfast was very limited but tasted not too bad. Could easily be much better considering it costs a fortune to stay here.

Cleanliness can be much better. Our room was clean and swept daily but was not mop so our feet get dirty and turn brown from walking on the flooring. Make sure you check the slippers that they gave you at the hotel. If it’s broken, do not bin them or else they charged you 250B/12aud. So ridiculous. For a very worn out and broken slippers. They could buy a new one for less but of course, they rather charged you for it. Very disappointed as we paid a fortune to stay at the hotel. Ridiculous.

We were upgraded. Breakfast was really good. Close to shops and busy.

Plumbing was not great, toilet kept gurgling for no reason. No bar. Area was overrun by Indian restaurants, next time I would book further west.

Extremely noisy guests at 6am every morning, not the fault of the hotel however rooms have no sound proofing. Breakfast choices very limited.
