The property and the room were very clean. The staff was friendly and professional. Directly at Ao Nang Beach and still quiet and good to sleep. Our room was very comfy and welcoming. Our room maid was creative and cleaned well. Aircon works fine.

Nothing serious, but a mosquito net in the room would be nice. They have 2 bikes but you can not use them. Reason they told us: no locks

The location was fab as beach front and you couldn't hear some of the really loud bars at night as that was a concern when we checked in. The room was huge and spacious, there was a bath which was handy for our toddlers. There was lift access aswell. The pool area was lovely and quiet and clean.

The breakfast was disappointing, the option available were limited and in comparison to the other places we stayed it was lacking. Only 2 high chairs for the entire hotel so not always one for our 2yr old. The staff at times didn't seem very happy, they were polite and friendly though.

Extremely damp in our room. Lacked cleanliness. When asked if we could move room the second room we were shown was also incredibly damp so stayed with our first room. Very unhelpful management.

Great location in town centre. Near the pier and different parts of the town. But very quiet around the pool and nice shaded areas to sit at. Room large and comfortable. Nice to have a bath as well as a shower. Good breakfast staff excellent

The private pool attached to the original room was not worth the additional money due to the size and shaded area it was located in.
