"Excellent peak district cottage stay."

It's a beautiful, quaint, cozy cottage with everything you could ask for. It's like a home from home. It's a great place to get away from everyday life. Howard makes your stay extra special with the hamper that is waiting for you upon arrival. This is our second time staying at orchard barn & we haven't been disappointed yet. Howard, we will be back soon, but we hope to try one of the other cottages you have to offer.

There is nothing to dislike about this property. I'll leave at that.

Like others said, it’s home away from Home. I traveled quite a lot and this cottage has everything you need and more to make it home. Super well located to explore the peaks and close villages. Already looking to come back!

Nothing to note. Maybe the main door is a bit difficult to open from inside when locked

"Great cottage, location and welcome pack was really nice."

Great location, clean, quiet and a great centre to tour all local attractions.

Had to turn boiler off at night as it was a bit noisy having the boiler in the bedroom.
