Complimentary airport transfers by shared van will be arranged upon request based on the standard number of occupants. If you wish to use this service, kindly contact the resort's reservations department at least 48 hours before your arrival. Please note that the property can assist you with a domestic air ticket from Ho Chi Minh City to Con Dao. To take advantage of this service, kindly contact the resort's reservations department at least 10 days before your arrival. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. The use of flycams/drones is banned on Con Dao Island unless a pre-arranged license has been granted by the local authorities. Such a license does not apply to the resort, where the use of fly cams/drones is not permitted to ensure guest privacy and safety. Six Senses Con Dao is a nonsmoking resort. In our continued efforts towards creating a healthier and more sustainable experience, we want to remind you of our 100% sustainable building methods and national park setting. For this reason, as confirmed in your reservation letter, there is a strict no-smoking policy inside the Resort. In the interest of protecting our Resort from the risk of fire, any guests found not to comply with this policy may be asked to leave without any possibility of a refund for unused nights. If you wish to smoke, please follow your host’s guide and visit one of our designated smoking areas located throughout the property for your convenience. Surrounded by tropical rainforests, guests may occasionally have a surprise visit from some jungle-friendly yet harmless animals. We are always on hand 24/7 to help escort these “uninvited friends” away if you don’t welcome them. Moreover, turtle season is approaching. Thus, we recommend that our guests turn off unnecessary electric lights and devices in their villas to ensure the perfect conditions for mother turtles during their egg-laying. We are also pursuing a zero-plastic policy and encourage our guests to refrain from bringing plastic products to our Resort. For hygiene and environmental reasons, outside food and beverages are not allowed within Six Senses Con Dao. Should you wish to bring them inside the Resort, we have the right to reject them, or, alternatively, we are happy to keep them for you until your check-out. For your safety and privacy, outside guests are not allowed inside the Resort. Six Senses Con Dao is delighted to welcome only pre-booked guests. Only the number of guests (adults & children) indicated on your booking confirmation will be accepted at the time of check-in. Should there be any extra unregistered guests, Six Senses Con Dao reserves the right to refuse their entry or register them under a new room booking (subject to room availability). Should you have any such requests, kindly inform us in advance of your arrival so we can arrange the appropriate accommodations. Please note that children from 12 years old and above are considered adults. Every Villa has its own bikes, provided for your use around the Resort roads. But if you need a ride, please contact your GEM for the next available buggy. Please note that wait times for a buggy may take up to 30 minutes during peak times. Please kindly note that bicycles are not allowed on the beach. The New Year's gala dinner on 31 December 2025 is included in the price for adult guests from 12 years and above. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
