Failed in client relationship. No personal connection. I booked the property for two days, April 07-09. Although the advertised check-in is at 12:00 noon, I made a late check-in at 10:00 in the evening, or ten hours later. And, knowing that the room was free on my last day, I tried requesting for late check-out in the afternoon since my flight out was scheduled early morning on the next day, April 10. But, sadly, my request was Turned down. Instead, I was asked to book and pay for another full day's worth. Asking for consideration became too hard for me because the host is out of the country. He couldn't emphatize to my situation in spite of explanation thru chat.

Internet service is not good at most times.

Tower B is close to everything, and going to other parts of manila such as makati, bgc, and katipunan is no problem.

The location is superb. At the heart of Cubao, walking distance to Gateway, Sm and Ali Mall
