"Good for value for money and time, since you're staying in Cubao it's cheap."

1. The location is near a bus station, mall, and convenience store. 2. The staff is very cheerful; you can easily get the gate pass. 3. The room is clean and the toilet. 4. Condiments are ready (guest leftover but untouched), and utensils for cooking and eating are ready. 5. Wi-fi is not so fast but still can connect you to the internet (good speed good for 2 devices.). 6. The Room has a TV with Netflix and YouTube (good for binge-watching).

1. Sometimes the toilet smell awful. 2. Pool access is worth 100 pesos and it's good for 1 hour only; I checked in on Saturday and was fortunately able to get a pool pass in the admin (close at 12:30 PM). 3. The shower head needs to be fixed.

the view and it had all the amenities. kitchenette, AC, refridge hot water, even shampoo and body wash.
