This is a really great property, from location, amenities and a great and responsive host. Well worth your money and highly recommended. Great walking distance from everything train station, attractions and food. Many amenities coffee machine, dishwasher and my fav the washing machine. We were also very warm our stay and heating system worked very well for cooler months. Only heads up would be it’s on 4th flight of stairs but again well worth the steps. Host was very friendly, politely, helpful and responsive. Thank you for a great stay %100 recommend

Location was excellent

It was freezing, I know it’s February but we couldn’t change the heating to make it warmer. We were really cold throughout.There were no instructions of any type to help us in any way, with any appliances. Also the coffee machine looks wonderful but we couldn’t find the right capsules to use, maybe leave a couple so we can go and buy more. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable as a sofa, it was all unzipped so we couldn’t really sit on it comfortably. There were no instructions about Lucca at all, it would be nice to have recommendations of the area.

Nothing, the stairs might be a problem for some. However being up high was such a fabulous people watching experience

Quirky and stylish. Lots of attractive features and furniture. Good central location. Lovely coffee machine (with complimentary coffee pods) and beautiful crockery and cutlery.

There were a lot of stairs to climb to our room at the top of the building so it would be difficult for older guests. There was no air conditioning but Edoardo explained that this will be coming soon.

The location is great, also the apartment it’s super nice and cozy.

An air conditioner is very necessary in the summer. The steet it’s a little bit noisy, but it’s central so…it’s normal :)

Beautiful apartment smack bang in the heart of the enchanting city of Lucca, down the front door steps into shops, cafes, restaurants and into Piazza San Michele. It was up a few flights of stairs, and worth the climb, which meant it was fairly quiet with lovely views. Thank you Edoardo, who was kind and helpful and the apartment had everything you needed. Hope to come back soon 😃
