Spathes Luxury Private Pool Villa with Sea View in Kefalonia

If you are looking for a place, where you enjoy intimacy, privacy, peace, serenity, allowing the world to move along without you being part of it, while you look out to the horizon seeing the bluest sky, pristine ocean waters with nature providing you the music whilst you sit, sleep or swim, then this is the place for you. This suite is a reflection of its passionate, caring and relaxed owner Panagis (Panos for short). He built this wonderful place with his own hands, where he has throughout the suite, incredible items of furniture that he also built himself. With a complete embracement of natural resources in timber and stone, which he has recycled and sourced, every single item. We stayed for 6 nights, and on every day we found another natural item placed somewhere strategically for a reason, for pondering and reflection. Ideally designed for couples or single individuals, to rest peacefully, reflect and be free to do whatever you decide to do for the day, from lying next to the pool, or having nap on a large external double bed located under a beautiful shading canopy of a tree, or simply lie in the hammock again, located under beautiful tree canopies or venture out into the island nearby or faraway. The images of the property are accurate, actually, its better in real life as the place has more mature tress providing a wonderful canopy of shade across the pool and areas of rest, and if you desire, there are sofas for those seeking to lie in the sun and improve on that suntan. The location of privacy, requires a use of a car, which frankly you need, to see all the beautiful sights of Kefalonia. The ratings on Booking.com bought us to this paradise and it deserves the highest rating possible, a 10 out of 10 for the uniqueness of this incredible place.

Everything was amazing, me and my family enjoyed a fantastic week in this villa. Panagis, the owner, was super kind and helpful. We loved everything: location, vibe, furnishings, pool etc. If you are looking for a beautiful villa to charge up your body and soul, this is your choice.

His professionalism and attention to detail were evident in the beautifully decorated house and top-notch amenities. He was always available to answer questions and help plan our activities, striking a perfect balance between being attentive and giving us space. villa was lovely. host was friendly and always available. villa felt really private and safe. the accommodation was lovely, really modern inside, great aircon and showers etc. with a really nice view from the bed villa was equipped with everything that we could possibly need (full kitchen equipment - blender etc), cooler bag for visiting the beach, washing basket. It's the first time i've stayed somewhere that actually felt "liveable" - it was really well equipped Any visits from staff (pool boy / housekeeping) were communicated with us and arranged at times that suited us (they could always be arranged for when we were out). Location was really good, 10 minute walk from a beach and short drive to nearby towns. It was our favourite place we've ever stayed. Thanks!

The suite is brand new and reflects the incredible attention to detail of its owner, a talented furniture designer. Every corner of this place exudes beauty and tranquility, creating a serene oasis. From the moment we inquired about the stay, the owner was a fantastic host. He patiently answered all our questions, ensuring a seamless experience. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a lovely gesture - a selection of fresh fruit and wine. It's these personal touches that make Spathes Suites stand out. The owner went above and beyond by driving over to personally welcome us and bid us farewell, adding a warm and personal touch to our stay. One of the highlights of Spathes Suites is the phenomenal outdoor space. There's an abundance of lounging areas that allow you to soak in the breathtaking ocean view. It's a perfect place to unwind and appreciate the beauty of Kefalonia. We were so impressed by our stay that we've already booked a longer period for next year.
