Nice Living Serviced Accommodations 8 (Entire 2 Ensuite Bedroom House)

Upon arrival spoke for 20 mins + to landlord to get a simple code for the door..As soon as I turned the lights on I noticed insects scatter. The property is damp and massive silverfish everywhere in all beds, pillows and every room. Bed bug sprays already present at the property so this was a known issue yet still being listed. Other insects I don’t know names for also there. Dirty covers and messy property. I have no words tbh other than this. I attach a few photos but mostly had videos because there was so much going on.. I received a refund by fighting my case but that is not good enough. Not so much as a sorry from the landlord or anyone. NOS canisters in the cupboards as you really need to be off your head to stay there.

Had to call three times to ask for access details of the property Also had to call about six times during the stay to put the heaters on as there wasn’t any way for the heaters to be put on from in the property. Had to be done electronically via the main building boiler and this building is like an attached annexe It was very cold and heaters kept going off after an hour or so hence the calls Beddings were not the best cleanliness wise and neither was the property on a whole

The property was filthy and smelt really bad, almost felt unsafe in the area that it was in. I personally feel the photos have almost cat fished the condition what the house is in, main area was dirty and sticky floors, random bits of dirty cutlery in the draws, had to buy own sheets as due to the condition of the other living areas I couldn’t imagine what might have been on them sheets! Towels were dirty so had to go and buy our own.

1 star Bad host, double booked our 1 night stay and only told us 3 hours before check in time. Offered us a different property which we had no option but to take due to no other bookings available in the area. Messed us around for 4 hours with poor communication before gaining access to the property. Poor quality rooms, strong cigarette smell, no Toilet paper or towels, past customers items left in rooms (very personal items 🤢🍆), shower flew off the wall when turned on, front door handle died at 4 am, had to climb through the window to get back in. Would not advise a stay.
