Everything about our stay was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and professional. The location is excellent, the rooms are beautifully maintained, and the bathrooms were spotless and well-appointed. Every detail felt thoughtfully considered, and the overall experience was truly top-tier. It set a new standard for what a 5-star stay should feel like.

The only minor drawback was that the room configuration for a family of four included two double beds rather than two queens, which felt a bit tight. The price point is also quite high, but the quality of the experience does reflect that.

The room was very luxurious, clean and spacious. Also very quiet - I didn’t ever hear anyone outside. The hotel is really conveniently located at one end of the high street, which makes it very easy to get to shops and restaurants. I also really enjoyed the different food options in the hotel, I tried the breakfast buffet, lobby bar, lobby bakery and burger place, and all were great options.
