The iconic Suite

The apartment was well equipped, clean and as described. location was not bad. about 20 minute walk from broadway and right by the gulch. Beds were comfy, shower was spacious and overall a nice apartment The living room is spacious. We were there 5 people and had no problem.

we paid 390 a night which is a lot for an apartment like this. The apartment lacked extra bed sheets for the air mattress that is in the closet, but don't count on it because it leaks and I woke up each day on the ground. Parking is 30 a day which is a lot especially at this price point. I thought I could get around it but parking in Nashville is terrible so be ready to pay extra if you are coming with a car. The noise from the train tracks below is annoying sometimes and the shades don't block the light so you get a lot of light in the room when you are trying to sleep. Over all these are a lot of minor things that didn't really ruin the experience but it's important to note.

Perfect location, walkable to Broadway and lots of restaurants. Amazing view of the skyline!

We liked the location and we thought it was really cute inside. We were tired and hot and the air worked great!

The comforters (which were white) on the beds were filthy. Chocolate stains. Cheeto stains. Hair. You name it, they were awful! It made me worry that the sheets would be dirty too, but how would we know? They were dark grey. I don’t like that. Sheets should be white so the customer can see they are clean. The sink in the bathroom was so clogged we had to brush our teeth and wash our faces in the kitchen. And there was dirty soap left in the shower.

Great property in great location.

The hosts quick response and we were able to check in a little early.

We had changed our reservations from another location to stay where there was a pool & jacuzzi and both were down fir maintenance.
