The apartment was modern, light and clean.

The kitchen sink and the bathroom had very slow drainage. It seemed blocked. Also, the plastic mattress protector made sleeping uncomfortable.

Great location, about a mile from downtown! The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the views of downtown from this 9th floor apartment were fantastic!

Location was fantastic and the building felt safe and secure. Amazing city views! It was very clean and the beds comfy. The host had great communication

Minor things like; could do with more hangers in wardrobe, a side light in the double room, a couple more mugs.

Perfect for a 3 day getaway for my friend and I and our 2 teens. 22 min walk to downtown and to all the trendy areas in the Gulch. 22 min walk to Nissan Stadium for the concert. There’s a great outdoor patio/sitting area for lounging outdoors and very shallow pool, thou we didn’t use the pool. Next door to LCBO/Beer. Highly recommend coffee at Prickly Pear in the neighbouring building. The hallways look a bit worn but the unit itself was super clean and our host was very good at accommodating an early checkin request for us and responsive to any questions we had. Didn’t find a grocery store close by so if you need things like cream for coffee or snacks, research before hand. There are a few stragglers bc it’s near the bus stop but we felt safe and area was quiet. Would totally stay here again.

Apartment was clean with plenty of parking.

This is NOT a Penthouse as described. Not sure how they can call it the Bel Air penthouse. It is a 9th floor apt.in a 10 floor apt building. You must pay $30 a day for parking before getting keys. It is NOT walkable, as advertised, to the Gulch area restaurants and even further from Music row. Directly in front of the apt building are train tracks that you will hear all night. Also, homeless "camp" is visible from the front sidewalk. Description is very misleading. Although we loved Nashville, we will never stay in this apt again. We found many places to stay that are truly walkable and not directly above freight trains.
