SGAmazing property for the price. Well furnished for easy cooking and parking was convenient and easy. Also comes with a washer and hanging rack. Super spacious. Really enjoyed staying here.
Was only provided a small hotel-sized bottles of shampoo and body wash for 3 nights so wasn’t enough for 2 people at all and had to go buy our own. Requested for more bottles but this was rejected as it was their policy to only give one.

GBI liked the living room- very comfortable sofa, and I liked the cooking facilities. The place was generally quite cute.
The shower was terrible, either burning hot or freezing cold and with very low water pressure. Also having to leave your car outside the gates to go and get the gate fob from the third floor was not ideal, and someone had parked in my space for the first day I was there.

ARIt was comfortable enough for two people and it offered some nice extra stuff such as coffee, tea, sugar and salt.
We had some minor issues with the heating and the hot water in the shower.
GBGBCentral location advertised with parking. Apartment was clean. The hosts were responsive to phone calls and corrected faults in the bathroom.
Although in the downloaded Welcome Pack it stated that "There is ONE parking space allocated for this flat" when I phoned Hopewell to ask which parking space this was I was told there was no longer parking for this accommodation. However I was able to park in a parking space belonging to another of the property tenant's parking spaces although large fines are advertised. When we arrived the toilet did not flush, the bathroom sink would not drain, the shower leaked and the control to swap from shower to bath was too stiff to move. After a phone call, Hopewell sent someone to fix these problems. It wasn't perfect but it was better after that. The instructions for getting in and turning on the hot water were not clear but we arrived in time to be able to phone the hosts for help. When first arriving we were faced with a locked gate. Since our car blocked the entrance another driver was able to open the gate with their "fob". Ours was in the key safe on the 4th floor of the building. Instructions for getting in were far from clear. The stairs in the apartment were fine for us but would be a difficulty for those with mobility problems.
