City Centre 1 Bed Apartment

Good location.

The kitchen had clearly not been stocked up, and there were frozen fruit juices in the freezer (clearly from the last people to stay there), showing that things had not actually been cleaned. There was a spillage in the fridge which had dried. There was hair in the shower and no effort made to clean the surfaces in the shower. I did not feel clean staying in this place. You also have to walk 10 minutes or so to collect the keys to get into the apartment, which is not ideal after travelling. I contacted the company and did not even receive a reply (other than automated acknowledgement that my email had been received).

The property was fine. We have no complaints about that. What we did not like was the key pick-up. The key had to be collected from a very tricky little box at a location distant from the apartment.

The Property doesn't have the wow factor. Reminded me of the early 90s the decor. I guess you get what's shown in the pictures. Basics not there like washing up liquid & Hand soap in the bathroom so no attention to detail.

It's in a perfect location in the city centre, everything is within walking distance. The staff went above and beyond to answer all of our questions. Amazing value! For the location and facilities provided.

The key box was a little difficult to find and not in the place google maps had directed us to. However, our messages were responded to immediately and we were directed efficiently by the staff.

Spacious apartment that was close to work as well as close to the train station. Easy access to Bristol City centre.

Various problems with keys and room (wasn't given the number of my apartment at first), I also had trouble checking out as I was given the wrong key safe code and almost missed my train as a result

Instructions on how to get into property were not clear. The key did not have a tag with the apertment number and I had to try the doors of all apartments in the block (40 or so) before I could get into the property at 1am. The morning after I was woken up by builders drilling, hammering etc on my balcony, without any notice. I was eventually moved to another apartment which meant I had to move all my stuff and lose part of a conference day. I was promised a full day refund and eventually I just received a partial amount. I had to call the office many times to get my deposit back.

The apartmemt was spacious and had all the basics. Close to city center. Very convinient

The check in and check out process was super complicated. Had to go to the property management office to pick up the keys and then again to return them. Very unconvinient to do so when u are tired and/or late for ur flight. I did witness some black mould in the bedroom The bathtub was slippery
