Martha's cottage by the sea

We loved the feel of the cottage and it had everything you needed. Also the log fire was lovely as the evening in november was chilly.

For us personal the sofa were lovely but not that comfortable for us.

Clean and cosy cottage with comfortable bed. Nice touches and info from the owner. Dog friendly.

Steep stairs, plastic bath, uncomfortable lounge seating. Horrible outlook, rundown area, longer walk to the beach than we expected.

Everything, absolute gem of a find will definitely be returning

A truly quaint, little cottage. It was decorated to a very high standard. It was exceptionally clean. We loved the little touches regarding dog treats, etc. My niece and I stayed at the property with our two dogs. It was important to choose a property that also welcomed dogs. The property made it just a bit easier for me as my husband died on the 19th of August 2023, and I wanted to go somewhere where I could scatter some of his ashes which I did do in the sea not far from the cottage. The beach at Caister on Sea was beautiful. Dogs are allowed on the beach.

It was the worst sleep we have had all weekend. Our bed dipped to the left and we kept rolling out, and was very hard. My sons single bed matress was hard as nails. We only had about 4 hours sleep all weekend and on the Sunday was up at 5am and left about 8am. The cottage was lovely, but need to sort out the beds. Would not recommed at all, and will be following up.

The beds need to be sorted out. what is a lovely cottage was let down, and not enjoyable due to lack of sleep.

Beautiful presentation. Super clean. Lovely indoor and cute outdoor space. Dog friendly although no evidence that dogs visit the property!

The road outside was occasionally tricky to negotiate as very narrow. There was usually a space to park but not always outside the property
