The is full of dust I ended up catching sinuses

The facilities was very comfortable and clean. The young man who helped us when we received the keys was friendly and helpful.

The next day the older man not too sure of his name accused my sons from staying there for free and not paying. He was very rude.

This is such an amazing property, spacious and in a great location. If only it was looked after and maintained.

I called the owner a week before my stay to kindly arrange early check in as I was travelling with my family and little girl for a wedding. He agreed at I could come after 11h30 am however could t guarantee that it would be clean. That was not an issue. We got there, no communication from him regarding a pin for the gate or anything. Called and he seemed confused regarding my booking and asked where I booked, keeping in mind I’ve spoken to him twice before the stay. I was then ‘upgraded’ to the executive sweet that there was nothing executive about. It was FILTHY. Dust everywhere, stained toilet and no water. I was asked to go to 3 other rooms until mine was cleaned (again no problem, as I was early). My mom who looked after my 15 month old whilst we attended the wedding mentioned that there was no water since 3pm. We arrived in the morning hours and at 6am had to call him to ask about the water. The owner said he’ll have a look into it and get back to me, he still hasn’t. Communication is poor, the place was filthy and not because it was in use before, but because it’s not looked after. I was asked not to write a bad review as the place might not be clean, but besides a clean place. Everything else was very very poor.

Nice and safe Pool area ability to have family over, the rooms are all really nice.

Not much to complain really enjoying our stay here.

On entering the unit .....it took our breath away from the kitchen and huge comfortable dining table......where we not only have a warm and relaxing dinner with the family afterwards we played cards Then the "comfort" room with the huge TV preloaded with a variety of apps lounging on the comfortable couches (that recline) was a added bonus Then the beds very comfortable bedding clean warm ......better that at home Then I didn't even come to the outside swimming pool lapa.....this place is a oases We are most definitely going again Thank you so much
