Tout était parfait ! Du check in au check out, il n'y a rien à dire. Nous avons été dorloté par le responsable relation client dès notre arrivée. Le personnel est au petit soin, que ce soit la réception, le ménage, les restaurant, bar et autres services. Digne du 5 étoiles à tout les niveaux. Des piscines pour tout les ages, toute les ambiances. Chaque soir un spectacle à thème. Une plage privée avec suffisament d'espace pour profiter du soleil, un personnel toujours attentionné prêt à répondre à la moindre sollicitation. Le all inclusive était fabuleux, des repas très variés, des produits frais ete de qualité, des soirées à thèmes (fruit de mer, BBQ, Paela, etc...). 3 restaurants à la carte pour plus rafinement, c'est extra !! Un restaurant italien, un libanais et un chinois avec un standing de grande qualité. Sécurité à l'entrée de l'hotel qui filtre les entrées. Des chambres spacieuses avec un ménage journalier ou les serviettes et draps son changées tour les jours avec ravitaillement en eau, café et thé. Je ne regrette vraiment pas d'avoir choisi cet hotel. Merci à toute l'équipe et particulièrement à Mina qui à été formidable durant tout notre séjour

A truly wonderful stay at the Bellagio Hurghada, the location on the Red Sea is stunning, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The food was delicious with a great variety, and the beach area is well-maintained with plenty of sunbeds and water activities. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable Red Sea experience!

The hotel staff are friendly and well treated, I highly recommend this hotel.

It was a great stay, staff are friendly, clean place and food was amazing. Everything was facilitated and made easy by Mr Mina the booking.com representative at the place.
