Jacuzzi in the room was nice. Fitness room was well equipped and Trainer Mustafa was very friendly and competent. Cleaning staff was friendly and asked every day if they can clean my room. My female massage therapist was very friendly and competent. Security guard was also very friendly. All of them earn a well deserved pay raise.

Some of the reception staff were not really helpful. Four people were standing there, and there were only two guests including myself, yet no one asked if they could assist me. In addition, at a hotel of this category you would expect that they can call a taxi for you, which was not the case — and the prices offered were extremely inflated (ten times the local rate). The food is focused more on quantity than quality and not particularly tasty. The serving containers were difficult to open, didn’t look very hygienic, and in the end I even developed stomach issues from the food. Overall, it does not meet the 5‑star hotel standard you would expect in Germany, even though they charge the price for it.

So, I would like to break things down so that you have a more clear understanding about this hotel. Staff The staff were outstanding. Mina and Rami at the front desk accommodated all our needs, including upgrading our room for our elderly relative with mobility needs. Mohammed our bellman, Saleh in housekeeping, and Saif and Wahba at the Rose Restaurant were all exceptional. Bemen and Kerolos at the sea bar were friendly and creative with cocktails. Everyone here is genuinely here to help, no tips expected, no judgment, just great service. Location and Grounds Compact resort, which works perfectly for families with kids or elderly relatives. Everything is within easy reach. Sandy beach, warm water, and a relaxed atmosphere. Don't expect snorkeling, but overall the location is spot on. Beach Fantastic sandy beach with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. Water is refreshing in the morning and warms up by afternoon. No corals or fish for snorkeling, but for swimming and sunbathing it's excellent. Activities The animation team is energetic and engaging. Daily activities on the central stage, dancing, darts, pool games, evening shows and parties. You'll never be bored outside your room. Room Highly recommend the swim-up room. Spacious, modern appliances, king bed, great view, and direct pool access. Perfect when the main pool gets busy. Food Great variety at the buffet covering all preferences. The Lebanese à la carte restaurant is a must. The Egyptian oriental sweets are outstanding. Food is available 24 hours, which is a great bonus. Pool and Aqua Park Multiple water slides feeding into shared pools, Jacuzzi jets and perfect water temperature. Clean and well maintained throughout. Excellent for both families and adults.

One heads up: mosquitoes can be an issue here, especially outside at night. They're not in the rooms or indoors, just in the outdoor areas.I think that this is actually pretty common among resorts in the area based on my travel experience. Definitely bring an off spray or insect repellent with you, it really helps when you're out by the beach or pool. When we mentioned it to the staff, they jumped on it immediately and started spraying pesticides throughout the resort the next day. So it's totally manageable if you come prepared, and the team takes great care of you when you need them.

Una struttura non di costruzione recente ma che comunque ha mantenuto gli standard, utili a rimanere un Resort di tutto rispetto. Il personale sempre gentile ed accogliente, si è sempre messo a disposizione per qualsiasi eventuale richiesta. Mare tutto sommato bello, nonostante non ci fosse una barriera corallina di fronte. Le diverse piscine, ognuna con peculiarità differenti, sono un' utile alternativa per le diverse categorie di clientela.Il Cibo è da classico Resort Egiziano, ma ho apprezzato la scelta di proporre delle serate a tema, spesso con barbecue.Un vero elogio all' animazione, che dalla mattina alla sera, rendono le giornate divertenti. Se tornerò ad Hurghada, sicuramente valuterò un' eventuale ritorno.

Non è vicino al centro di Hurghada. La pulizia delle stanze non è stata sempre impeccabile, ma nulla di grave.
