طاقم العمل بشوش جدا خاصة مستر مينا مسؤول بوكينج.بوفيه الإفطار جميل جدا نظافة الغرف ممتازة حفلات يومية رائعة أكوا بارك جميلة جدا حمامات السباحة متنوعة و نظيفة و كل العاملين بالفندق يحاولون إسعادك قدر الامكان.كمان عجبني جدا مكان اسمه sweet moments بيقدم حلويات شرقية و غربية و فواكه و ايس كريم خلال ٢٤ ساعة.

كان عيد ميلاد ابنتي تصادف اثناء مدة الإقامة أخبرتهم بذلك بحيث تكون لافتة جميلة منهم لكن فوجئت انهم طالبين مني مبلغ ١٥٠٠ جنيه لزوم ديكور عيد ميلاد و ٥٠٠ جنيه قيمة تورتة عيد ميلاد بالرغم اني دافع مبلغ كبير لاني كنت حاجز غرفتين .الحقيقة تم ارسال تورتة صغيرة جدا في الغرفة لكن كنت اتمني عمل احتفال لها و لو لدقيقتين في الفندق او مع الانيميشن تيم زي ما كنت بشوف في اماكن اخرى. فيه حاجة سلبية اخري ان بوفيه الغذاء و العشاء ممل جدا جدا و متكرر ماعدا يوم الجمعة يوم السي فود حسينا باختلاف انما باقي الايام نسخة طبق الاصل.

There is a worker in this hotel named Mina Attia. This worker is very professional, he knows his job very well. Overall, this hotel is one of the best hotels in Egypt. All the workers here are professional, they all know their job very well! I want to thank them all again!

Everything in the property was clean and the service was excellent, Mr Mina was delightful and very helpful throughout our stay.

First off,the service is beyond incredible..from the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed and to my surprise also upgraded to a sea view room with a fruit platter and flowers 1-The staff was extremely accomodating and friendly ,yet very professional and customer oriented. 2-The room was clean and spacious with all required amenities. 3-The beach bar had wonderful staff..specially Mohammed. 4-Our waiter who served us in both italian and asian restaurent Mohammed Fouad deserves a raise for his manners and professionalism. 5-A million Thanks to Mina and Massimo for their great guest relation skills and for taking good care of their guests..always at your beck and call. 6-Upon check out we were gifted some magnets..which is a thoughtful gesture to make things more memorable.

Breakfast was acceptable but can be much better,it was varied but the quality of food has room for improvement(for example the processed cheese and Egyptian falafel) Dinner and lunch were fine and caters to both vegetarians an non vegetarians.

The animation team lacked activity. Also, for a family in 3 rooms, we found the food variety to be quite limited.

Gostamos bastante da experiência no hotel. Várias atividades e funcionários sempre prontos para nos animar o dia. A comida é razoável e todos os dias, ao jantar, havia um tema diferente. O que menos gostamos foram os restaurantes que tínhamos que fazer reserva. Não apreciamos a comida e consideramos que o buffet era melhor. Os quartos eram limpos e tinham uma vista magnífica. A praia não é a melhor face à beleza das praias do Egito mas a envolvente da piscina compensa. Ótima relação qualidade-preço.

Os restaurantes com marcação podiam oferecer comida melhor e a praia também podia melhorar para equivaler à oferta que existe dos restantes resorts e fazer jus à beleza das praias do Egito.

We had a fantastic experience at Hotel Bellagio. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured, and the location made it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. What really stood out, though, was the service. A special thank you to Mr. Mina, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He was warm, attentive, and quick to help with every request — the kind of staff member who turns a good hotel into a great one. The breakfast had plenty of options, check-in was smooth, and the whole team was friendly and professional. We’ll definitely be back on our next trip.
