Não gostei de nada

A primeira propriedade não foi assim tão má, apesar de já apresentar algumas falhas. No entanto, tudo piorou drasticamente no segundo dia, quando ficámos sem eletricidade e a única “solução” apresentada foi obrigarem-nos a mudar de habitação às 22h da noite. É completamente inadmissível sujeitarem hóspedes a uma situação destas, ainda por cima com chuva intensa, obrigando-nos a fazer uma mudança de carro, cansados e sem qualquer apoio ou consideração pelo transtorno causado. Infelizmente, o cenário piorou ainda mais quando chegámos à nova residência. O estado da casa era simplesmente deplorável e revoltante. Encontrámos copos com resíduos secos de utilização anterior, guardanapos e utensílios igualmente sujos, lixo acumulado atrás das mesinhas e uma quantidade absurda de pó, dando claramente a sensação de que a limpeza foi negligenciada ou praticamente inexistente. Foi uma experiência extremamente frustrante e dececionante. Em vez de resolverem um problema, acabaram por nos colocar numa situação ainda pior, num alojamento sem condições mínimas de higiene e conforto. É lamentável pagar por um serviço e acabar a sentir-se completamente desrespeitado, desconfortável e sem qualquer confiança na qualidade do alojamento disponibilizado.

*Chlorgeruch in der Luft *Wasser schmeckt nach Chlor *In der Nachbarschaft lebt ein Hahn, der ab 4 Uhr morgens alle 30 Sekunden kräht *Küchenausstattung überschaubar und von mittelmäßiger Qualität *Schwarze Flecken an der Decke über dem Schrank, Schimmel? *Rollo am großen Fenster lässt sich nicht öffnen und daher Fenster auch nicht *Stuhlfüße richtig dreckig *Türe von der Spülmaschine kaputt, ließ sich daher nicht komplett öffnen *Kaputte Schublade im Kühlschrank *Überall lange Haare der vorherigen Gäste auf dem Boden *Duschkabine abgenutzt und dreckig *Großes Fenster schließt nicht richtig (Einbrecher willkommen) *Toaster-Kabel zu kurz für die Steckdose *Toaster blitzt bei Benutzung

Είχε όλα όσα χρειάζεται ένας άνθρωπος μέσα σε ένα σπίτι , όλες τις ηλεκτρικές συσκευές και το καλύτερο ήταν που υπήρχαν δύο τουαλέτες ,αυτό κάνει την διαμονή πολύ πιο εύκολη γιατί δεν χρειάζεται να περιμένει ο ένας τον άλλο .

Μερικές φορές μύριζε η τουαλέτα του ισογείου από την αποχέτευση , αυτό ήταν αρκετά δύσκολο .

El lugar, todo está muy bien

Un poco apartado pero bien

We rented the apartment for one month, but the apartment and the staff were horrible. When we arrived, the apartment was not properly cleaned. There are also problems with the electrical circuits — for example, you cannot use the washing machine and cook on the electric stove at the same time. You also cannot have three or four electric burners on the stove turned on at once because it flips the fuse. I reported the problem to the staff (the person in charge), and they didn't even flinch. The apartment has moisture stains in some places and is poorly equipped with kitchen utensils. This apartment should only be booked for one night, not longer, because it is a big tourist trap.

Comfortable

They didn’t provide coffee for each day of stay. Only first stay. So to have a coffee machine with only option for coffee pods was not very useful. When I asked to buy more, they said it wasn’t an option.

Good location. Clean and relatively accessible.

El conjunto, estaba muy bien

El sofá cama, muy incómodo. Esperábamos otro tipo

Sin duda, poder aparcar justo a las puerta es una ventaja enorme. El apartamento estaba muy bien cuidado, limpio y perfecto para unas mini vacaciones en pareja con un perro

Por poner alguna pega: Al no tener persianas, solo un estor en las ventanas, al amanecer entraba mucha claridad.
