Hola bueno pues el sofá cama muy duro,luego solo había una olla pequeña ,no había casi nada ni batidora ,cuchillos de mesa 3 y uno torcido,ni fuente grande luego ni bolsas de basura ni una gota de sal. Aceite o pimienta,éramos 3 y solo 2 sillas altas , por lo demás bien la ubicación y tranquilo y el apartamento está bien pero por ejemplo nosotros que fuimos en navidad pues me encontré que había pocos ustensillos .

Corrigindo...este período esta alocado na HOUSE-2 (ruim) e não a House-4 (boa). lado bom é a limpeza, as acomodações e localização.

Corrigindo...este período esta alocado na HOUSE-2 (ruim) e não a House-4 (boa). Problemas no chuveiro com pouquíssimo fluxo de agua e a TV, apenas com canais pagos e Youtube, e nada de TV aberta (não configurada, e deveria estar)

atendeu minhas necessidades, bem localizado, limpo, local tranquilo.

Context: I was moving to Porto and booked apartment for 1,5 months total (there are 2 bookings in a row, 1 month + 2 weeks) 1 month of the stay I spent in house 4. What did I get for approx. 2800 EUR paid for the 1 month stay: - NB: Security issues: the external door (between the yard and the street) was broken twice. I asked for physical key, they answered they did not have it. - NB: Privacy issue: staff enters apartment without letting you know in advance. Once they visited when I wasn’t there, once a guy entered the apartment when I was sleeping (!!!) - Roaches (but I was happy to meet them only twice) - Dull knives - No mop or smth to clean - No additional cleaning - Only one bed linen set (I understand the idea, but when you have 1 month booking 1 set of linen looks really ridiculous). - Dirty floors - dirty stove - controller that supposed to open window in the roof does not open - dishwasher door cannot be fully opened - it was hard to open cabinets’s doors and not to break nails - sofa had extra wobbly armrests and was barely alive - no fire blanket (there was a box for fire blanket, so I guess it is supposed to be there) - no clothes dryer I communicated with property to resolve issues. They provided knives, roach repellent, cleaned the floor, fixed sofa (but later armrests became wobbly again). They also tried to fix dishwasher door (with not much success). Total experience was extra disappointing. In parallel with exhausting process of moving from one country to another I had to complain about issues in apartment and experience security and privacy concerns. I could buy (and I bought) my own bed linen, clothes dryer, etc, but privacy and security are essential things. I wanted to cancel booking and move to a hotel cause I did not feel safe, but the property refused to cancel the rest of the booking. I asked Booking.com support for help twice, they did not respond:(

Necessita di manutenzione sgabelli traballanti e rumorosi, dalla cornetta della doccia all'asse wc traballante e appendino asciugamani che si stacca..... P.s. spingere con forza il portone d'accesso per aprirlo.
