The location was great

Everything! This hotel is awful. It’s dark, dingy, dirty and not kept up at all. Paint is flaking off every where, the elevators were broken half the time and the ice machine didn’t work. We had to track down towels everyday because housekeeping never showed up even though we were there for a week and asked for them to clean our room. And They don’t have any laundry service. It was a TERRIBLE hotel. Next time, we’ll go back to the hotel we normally stay at.

It was a large and comfortable room. We chose it because they specifically dont have a carpet lining unlike every other hotel on the strip

They didnt offer anything complementary. Not even a water bottle or coffee. The bathroom view was to the parking lot and that's the only window of the room which was claustrophobic. It wasn't quiet. The room was very black and dark and weird art on the wall

Location was great!

There was no room service, cleaning, replacement of towels during our whole stay, when I asked the receptionist she told us that this is not expected in a 4* hotel lol.

Not clean rooms. No housekeeping, not value for money

Love the boutique decor, small property and location.

Dated and can’t use the fridge. Staff were meh. Doesn’t have own pool to use though you can use ceasars and flamingo for free

The noise machine was helpful to try to block music from flamingo.
