It’s just awful. The flat doesn’t match the description. The ‘city view’ is a view of a passageway through a grille. The air conditioning doesn’t work; the landlord didn’t believe me and sent an employee the next day to confirm that the air conditioning was indeed not working. It was too hot to sleep at night. He didn’t carry out any repairs or provide alternative accommodation. If you want a prison-like experience, you’re welcome here. There are no towel hooks in the bathroom. The fridge is set to +15 degrees, and the washing machine is outside the room. The manager/landlord ignores questions; complete lack of respect. Это просто -ужас. Квартира не соответствует описанию. Ночью было жарко спать. Ремонт не осуществил, другие апартаменты не предоставил. Если хотите получить тюремный опыт - добро пожаловать. В ванной комнате нет крючков для полотенец. Холодильник с температурой +15 градусов, стиральная машина вне комнаты. Администратор/хозяин игнорирует вопросы, полное не уважение.

Excelente ubicación. El apartamento se encuentra en pleno centro, en el barrio judío.

La limpieza. El apartamento tenía mucho polvo. Además olía a humedad y tabaco…encima no se podía abrir la ventana porque tenía rota la manilla. Por otro lado, el lavabo del baño estaba atascado y no tragaba el agua. Finalmente, las almohadas eran súper incómodas.

Expérience inacceptable – logement à fuir Séjour extrêmement décevant, voire inadmissible. Dès l’arrivée, la propreté laisse à désirer : poussière partout, traces suspectes autour du lit et sur les meubles, et des cheveux dans le lit. Clairement, le ménage n’a pas été fait correctement. Les équipements sont soit absents, soit défectueux : aucune machine à café, télévision hors service, lavabo bouché, et une douche entartrée peu agréable à utiliser. À la place d’un réfrigérateur, une simple cave à vin, totalement inadaptée pour un séjour. La description est mensongère : annoncée avec une “vue sur la ville”, la chambre donne en réalité sur un couloir sombre, avec une fenêtre quasi condamnée. Aucune lumière naturelle, une sensation d’enfermement très oppressante, particulièrement difficile à vivre quand on est sensible ou claustrophobe. Le point le plus grave reste le sentiment d’insécurité. L’ascenseur fonctionne de manière aléatoire, et l’accès aux poubelles dans l’entrée est ouvert à tous. Des personnes extérieures, notamment des sans-abris, y circulent librement, ce qui est très inquiétant. Face à cette situation, j’ai demandé à quitter le logement dès le début de mon séjour. Aucune solution, aucun relogement, aucun geste commercial n’a été proposé via Booking. J’ai donc été contrainte de rester quatre nuits dans ces conditions, en me sentant en insécurité et très mal à l’aise. C’est totalement inacceptable. Je déconseille fortement ce logement.
