The Flat had everything we needed and more, was very comfortable and lovely decor. Everything was perfect from beginning to end and would love to stay again on our next trip to Edinburgh.

This was an extremely comfortable flat. The little additions like extra blankets on the couches, tea, coffee and additional condiments in the kitchen were so nice. It was so central and the bus stop was literally outside the door to take us into the city. I would highly recommend

Rooms were quite big and very clean.

Heating system was OFF when we arrived. Apartment was quite cold. Water heating system in bathroom was not working properly. Taking shower was a real challenge.

Breakfast not applicable 40min walk out of city but we knew that when booked. Not a problem for us
