The Flat with the Pink Door

Beautiful property. Clean & comfortable & spacious. Beds & pillows better than any hotel I've ever stayed in. Host replied within minutes of messaging. Very helpful & informative. Not far from city centre. Bus stop outside No.34 & No.35 takes you into city centre (10mins) We also downloaded City Cabs app for taxi to airport £32 Bar/restaurant 2min walk & local shop which sells everything. A great base for a 2 day stay visiting Edinburgh City.

Another chair in lounge would be good. Not a criticism just an observation.

The flat was nicely decorated and comfortable.

No information on parking or where to park. The internet was a little sketchy at times.

Easy to get to the center of town by bus. Spacious living room. Each room has a door off the hallway. Lots of quiet and privacy.

Shower water pressure. No photos of kitchen online. The kitchen was better than expected. Just can’t accommodate two people. It’s long and narrow.

Decorated beautifully. If you like pink then this is the flat for you💗 The games, cosmetics and tea etc were a great touch. Amazing location to everything in Edinburgh.

Could have been cleaned better. There was dust everywhere… all over the blinds which set one of the group members hayfever off quite badly for our stay. Spit marks left in the sink. Shower needs replacing, its either scolding hot or freezing cold, no inbetween.

This is a very ‘comfortable’ property and we loved staying here for our four nights in Edinburgh. The facilities are excellent with a well appointed bathroom, very functional kitchen, large lounge room and two comfortable bedrooms. But it is also the little things like the blackout curtains in the bedrooms, umbrellas in the hallway and some useful provisions and treats left in the kitchen. There is a bus stop adjacent to the property making the trip into the city centre very easy but it is also an easy walk. We enjoyed strolling along the Union Canal walkway. The local pub, the Caley Sample Room, is also good for a drink or a meal.
