Prime location, comfortable stay with great facilities - swimming pool, playground, gym. The apartment is located on 6th floor, the same floor level with the main facilities as well.

The location in Imago shopping mall was great. All the required amenities were located close by.

The stay (in the 3 bedroom apartment) was rather disappointing. My friends and I encountered several issues listed below: 1) Between the 3 of us, we were only given one set of keys to the building and apartment. I asked for a second set (so the 3 of us could do different things) but I was told that this wasn't possible. I had to argue for a second set and eventually we got one. 2) The Apartment was not in a "new" state. It was considerably worn. a) one of the bedrooms smelled of cigarettes b) the main door to the apartment was damaged c) the electronic door lock did not work d) the fixtures of the main shower were loose e) the kitchen sink was damaged by damp/rot and had black mould around it. 3) I complained to the management about the above and their proposed resolution was to move us to 2 other apartments. One of the apartments being smaller than what I had paid for and not in the same location. Due to not wanting to move apartments twice in a short space of time - we did not choose this option. After this experience, I would not book with this provider again.

The room is spacious for small family.

The staff is not friendly and doesn't even think to accommodate early check in even though we requested earlier during booking. The location is not strategic as we need to walk around to get to Imago. Key handing over is far from the building (loft E), key handing over at 7E at the other side. Master bathroom smelly, bedsheet, blanket etc were dusty, parking location is not strategic.
