- Spacious place - Have washing machine, microwave, fridge. - Suitable for 2 small family. - Have playground and swimming pool. - Shopping mall just below the place. Really convenient. - Helpful host with clear instruction. - Clean place

- The swimming pool on level 6 was under maintenance. - The balcony view could be better. Need to cut down the grass and can build a nice garden for better view. - The lift is really confusing. we go down the lift near the apt, but it lead us to a maze that ended us up inside the mall on 7am. We cannot exit the mall since it still early and the has not opened yet. Access card did not work in the lift. Luckily we found a staircase that lead us to parking lot. - Loft C lobby is hidden. Supposed to have signboard. Luckily there were guards. - Access card often doesn't work. There were times we stuck at lobby door unable to open it. - WiFi doesn't work on the last day of our stays.

Confortable, level same with swimming pool and near to shopping mall

I have to turn around building three times because difficult to find parking lot, singboard from guidelines different with exactly resident parking signboard.

En suite bathroom and clean floor, neat bedding and consistent good water pressure in the shower.

We were stuck in carpark for 4hours bcos it was not a aworking day for the person incharge of the gate barricade. Problem started when we helped a lady who asked us to check if the card scanner is working. Sw uroty didnt come to help her trying to exit. NeitherSecurity nor Staffs could find a way out. We called a relative to make several calls for assistance and it got resolved. The knowledgable property management should be available 7days a week and ready to resolve issues (as we were not the first to experience this).
