Homesuite' Home at Imago Loft

Lovely water views from bedrooms and lounge. Size of this 3 bedroom sea view apartment is big. Aircon for each room is great and much needed in hot weather. Staff team was attentive and helpful. Even though under the flight path, the insulation and windows are fantastic to keep away the noise. The video and map were very helpful to get to designated party spot.

This apartment is a bit dated and will help with some patch up and new coat of paint.

Location

If possible, during check out, the house key should drop at 7 eleven and not at the mail box. If drop at mail box, need to round imago for just to drop the key

Lovely view with convenient location as all amenities were within walking distance. Spacious and ample sized rooms with ensuite bathroom facilities and comfy beds. Option for collection of keys beyond regular working hours was convenient. Good and prompt staff service.

Key collection after normal working hours was such a hassle as it was in another building and it was like going on a treasure hunt after a long flight. This soured the start of our holiday. The dual address postcodes were confusing. The booking confirmation address and the one provided later were different (postcodes) which added to the confusion. In future consistency with one address would be less confusing. Key collection after working hours ought to be made more straightforward within same building ie. Loft C where we stayed. The front door needs proper sorting.

The view is just like what I expected... The room is comfortable, air-conditioning/fan is under control.. maybe just need table lamp.. but overall, everything is good.. thank you..
