房间看起来很新，比较清洁，楼下就是亚庇的最大.或者第二大的百货商场，打车去海鲜市场，中央菜市场和对面的一个大超市都很方便，房间客厅很大，宽敞明亮，房间卧室也很舒适，卫生间很干净，厨房设施齐全，可以自己熬点粥，做点饭，对中国胃很友好，性价比还是很高的

差的是服务效率太低了，一点事情的请求反应都很慢，还有浴室的毛巾等看起来有点旧了。

Nice big apartment room. Washing machine was faulty but was replaced with a new one the next day. Management was very efficient in attending to our needs.

No cupboards

1. Air-cond not really working.( Not cold) 2. Toilet ceiling leaking 3. Some parts of the wall need to be repaired to avoid tarmite 4. The main door knob need to replace. 5. Iron have black mark.need to replace new one. 6. Toilet hose need to check.

We recently stayed at this apartment and overall had a decent experience. There are several positives worth highlighting—it's conveniently located with easy access to the mall and has a hassle-free parking area. The apartment is also very close to the lift, which was great for elderly. Communication with the owner was prompt and smooth via WhatsApp.

That said, there were a few issues that affected our stay. We had to wait a while for the key collection upon arrival. The apartment is situated next to the rubbish room, and we noticed an unpleasant smell in the living room and master bedroom when we first entered. Thankfully, the housekeeper responded quickly and provided air fresheners. One concern we’d like to note is that my mother-in-law fell from a dining chair, which was not very stable. These same chairs were also used as vanity seating. Additionally, one of the air-conditioning units wasn’t cooling properly despite having been serviced. There were also some maintenance issues, such as peeling flooring, a broken sink pipe (which we had to adjust ourselves), and a stove display that didn’t show accurate temperature settings. While the apartment has great potential and several convenient features, we hope the host will address these issues to improve future guests’ experiences
