Homesuite' Home at Imago Loft

The apartment is just next to Imago shopping mall which is convenient to buy food and there are a lot of restaurants and cafes in the mall. But you will need to walk outside from the lobby to the mall beside as there is no internal connection walkway to the mall.

We had very bad experience with the unit. They advertised as a 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms unit but when we got to the unit which is located on level 3, one of the bathroom is under maintenance, and the room is plagued with mold. When we told the management about this, they have the audacity told us to just deal with it. Only when we told them we will be filing complaint to the relevant parties, they started to take us seriously. Worst was, we made the reservation 4 months ago, they have 120 days, freaking 120 days to look at the unit and maybe have the basic human decency to tell us that the unit is not really suitable for rent? Seriously, like you look at the room with mold infestation and bathroom locked with a sign “under maintenance” on it, and thought “yea, people would not notice this and wanted to stay there”. Plus, the black mold looked like it has been there for a very long time and no action was taken to fix it up, it was so bad that the wood plank on the floor has detached itself from the floor due to the moist and mold and the room is filled with unpleasant moldy smell.

This riview for The Sigar Sutera Bay,we enjoy staying there n the staf was very nice, especially the receptionist Nurul very helpful..however thumbs up for the person who arrange our staying there,our book at imago,but there's was water problem n we were transfer to sutera bay..

Literally EVERYTHING!! ❤️ The cust. Service, the home, space, bedrooms, bathrooms, the balcony, and the living room was really huge and super cozy. I dont have anything to complain. Our stay was amazing 👍

Veel ruimte! Grote kamers. Heerlijk park op het dak.

Zwembad is iedere woensdag gesloten.
