Spacious area , all room got its own bathroom . So cozy . The staff also very friendly and helpfull .

Need a bit of maintenance on the bathroom , the bidet not function properly / leaking . Ac also need improvement . But overall still okay considering the price and the location .

The staff are very very helpful. We appreciated his unlimited help and guidance on us so much. Customer service always online and reply our messages as soon as we texted them.

Air-conditioner inside room was not cold, another one was leaking and made the floor wet. The refrigerator was not cleaned because we found two plastic bags of untouched fruits inside it.

The house close to mall. Very convenient. However the parking and lift should have a map or directions.

It was comfortable to stay.

We had a hard time unblocking our parking card. The staff asked us to wait until 9am tomorrow but suddenly they asked us to wait until 10am again :( We were late for our appointment and the staff told us to find a security but didnt mentioned which security. When we asked at the information centre located at the main door of the mall, they told us to just call the management and gave a number. Our problem could be solved if your staff give us the management number earlier :( Should check the premises too because we saw some sockets were burned and cant be used.

Design, facilities

Some facilities like wifi & table lamp on bedroom cannot be use. Garbage room outside unit, the door are open and it make the area smelly. So we have to close it once we arrived at 1st day

To be honest, I like it because it's easy to bring my family because there's a mall.

The downsides of the apartment are that the bedroom air conditioner is a bit hot, the sofa is too low, the bathroom is not perfect, and it is too small to bring a family, so I give it 2 stars.

BAD MANAGEMENT/NOT ALERT TO NOTIFY US EARLY CHECK IN INSTRUCTION. LATE CHECK IN ASKED BY PROPERTY AFTER 3PM. BROKEN/DAMAGE FURNITURE / PIPING NO TELEVISION/ NOT FUNCTION. THE MAIN DOOR NOT SECURE FOR CHILDREN, NO LOCK! HAUNTED(HONESTLY)
