Always choose to stay in Johor Bahru with NestHome because their service is consistently excellent. The unit is very clean, neat, and well-maintained. The environment feels safe and comfortable. The host is responsive and helpful throughout the stay. There are many convenient stores and food places nearby, which makes everything so easy. Definitely will stay again!

Clean and conducive

The bed is too small. Though it’s a large bed but it’s still on the smaller side.

My child likes the slide, swing and monkey bar.

There’s a cockroach crawling in the bathroom. The floor of the whole unit was oily and slippery. Lots of hair under the comforter and very dusty on the top of bed. Host keep on messaging while we were packing up to leave and the house keeping also keep on ringing the bell. Very rude and feels like can’t wait to chase us away the moment we wake up the next day. Not a pleasant stay for the amount we paid. Sigh

because the house given is very clean and all the equipment is sufficient... even the cooking equipment is sufficient... I will come here again one day

The loft unit itself was clean & very nicely done upwith plenty of window alcove seating.. love the sofa bed in the living room where all 4 of us could actually cosy up in front of the telly which has Netflix. We did not include bf as there were many restaurants and cafes within walking distance, so the location was excellent from that point of view. It was also very close to the go-kart track which all of us went & had a great time. The facilities on the podium roof were also very new and well-maintained with security personnel doing their rounds.

As usual, it was tricky for us older guests to navigate the key collection from the locker. There were 4 of us, so the single toilet did posed a challenge in the morning.

Location very convenient. Easy to find the location . Safe to stay here.

Easy to check in. Filled in a google form and the security guard had to verify it. Then he opened the door lock to the mailroom, and I went in to open the letter box with the code to retrieve the keys to the apartment and the RFID card for the parking and the lift.

There was a lack of proper chairs in the room. Had to sit at the bay window or on the floor. Some foldable, foldaway chairs would be better for the whole experience. The top of the slide area did not have any ventilation, it was a bit warm for the kids who were at that particular area.

This was a very disappointing and stressful stay, especially for a family booking. The listing was misleading. The images showed kids’ play items and family-friendly facilities, none of which were actually available in the room. Although the booking was made for a family of 5 (including a senior citizen and a child), we were given two separate rooms on different floors (Level 20 and Level 25). This setup was completely impractical and unsafe for a family stay. Worse, access to the Level 25 room was denied, making that room unusable. Despite reporting this immediately and providing video proof, we were still charged the full amount. The property staff offered no real assistance, repeatedly stating that it was a “self check-in” and leaving us to troubleshoot access issues ourselves beyond midnight and they sounded VERY ROBOTIC on calls, available only on WhatsApp calls/ texts and No direct calls. Adding to the situation, we found cockroaches in the kitchen, which raises serious hygiene concerns. Overall, the lack of support, misleading information, inaccessible room, and poor hygiene made this a very unpleasant experience. I would strongly advise families, especially those traveling with seniors or children, to be extremely cautious before booking this property.
