Kids like the slide room

Book 3 rooms (2 slide room, 1 normal room), but was given 3 slide room in my booking app, thought it was free upgrade. However, on my arriving day, was told that there’s water leakage on one of my slide room. Call and check, I was told that I only booked 2 slide room and 1 normal room, there’s error in my booking app. So what’s the water leakage about? Apparently they just want to take away the free upgrade room. Huge disappointment to the kids for the room change. Furthermore, late check in (1 hour later) to one of my room.
