On a positive note, the property is modern and well-maintained, and the restaurant offers great food. However, there is room for improvement regarding the staff; while generally pleasant, they occasionally appeared disengaged and lacking a strong customer-service presence.

We had a frustrating stay due to issues with the valet and hotel billing. Our car wouldn't start, and the third-party valet company provided terrible service and mass confusion. Worse, the hotel initially refused to take ownership or support us until we reached out to corporate. Additionally, the billing process is disorganized and stressful. Perhaps this is standard practice in the US, but after already leaving a card on deposit, receiving 3 a.m. notifications as ‘night audits’ for daily charge deductions feels incredibly aggressive. This is not an approach taken in Europe, Africa, or Asia, nor what we’ve experience in other hotels in the US. It made the final payout incredibly confusing and chaotic, especially for a large family party trying to settle a single, unified bill at checkout.

Great location. Lovely and clean facilities. We stayed for three night and Issac on the front desk both checked us in and out. He was polite, informative and very helpful The food in the restaurant was exceptional, very tasty, and well presented.
