I like the response the staff gave me when I was not comfortable with my.first room. The Manager was very polite and helpful. He changed my room, it was made comfortable for me. It was my birthday and the hotel celebrated my birthday thoughtfully.

The first room the bed was uncomfortable and the room was very hot. They changed it.to a better room without additional cost.

Great location and wonderful staff. Nazira was outstanding in front desk and moved us very efficiently to a quieter room as next to a plant room. The extra credits we had really enhanced our stay.

Nothing. Sadly the weather was awful so we could not enjoy the wonderful outdoor spaces including the pool.
