The services at the Riad are overpriced.

Loved my stay at this Riad, staff was friendly, polite and hospitable, would recommend to anyone visiting Marrakech, Morroco. Top class service and great breakfast. 5 stars.

My best friend Cody and I absolutely loved our stay here. The Riad is beautiful, clean and quiet. The staff are amazing - Zakaria, Hasani, Mohammed, Yaseen (sorry if spelling is wrong!) and all of the rest of the lovely staff couldn’t have been more kind and helpful. We hope to visit again some day

I was recommended to have the evening meal and told that the hotel had recently hired a top chef. I did not think the food justified that description.

The Breakfast was very good and we had one evening meal there which was good, although a long wait .

We booked a TWIN room and was given a double upon arrival. The staff said it was a system error and they couldnt change it to what we had booked. I insisted on what we had booked so they changed it, after having said initially that we could have the available twin for one night and then if they didnt have any more bookings we could stay there the extra two nights of our stay ! Not acceptable ! I went for a relaxing break and didnt need the stress and the initial attitude, Particularly as the hotel had taken my full payment ONE MONTH BEFORE ARRIVAL ! Even though I booked the free cancellation option up until a couple of weeks before arrival . CHECK your small print in the booking conditions when booking. There was also a financial discrepancy regarding a tour we had booked and the staff said if we didnt pay it it would come out of their wages. Sharp Practice. Thank goodness for the Manager Mohammed who was brilliant and helped us with taxis and rectified our problems, on what was meant to be a relaxing break. The other staff were brilliant, one needed more training in customer service ! Insist on getting what you have booked and watch the tour prices.

The Riad was wonderful, all the people who worked there were kind full mainly Mohamed Idrissi. He is a friendly and kind full man who help me and my girlfriend to organise the trip to the Shara Desert. I really recommend him due to organise your experience in Marocco. If you want spend your time there I think that this Ryad and all the people who work there can help you to spend unforgettable days.

Hot water and comfortable beds

Only short people can feel themselves great in there, because rooms are very small. Even the sink is tiny-tiny and you only have 1 cupboard in the couples room.

This small but cute riad is perfect for a short stay in marrakesh. Kept super clean everyday and the best thing is the staff: each one of them would go over and beyond for you!
